Corporate Foreign Shareholder of Israeli Company
In order to register an Israeli company with a corporate
shareholder or in order to transfer the shares to the foreign
beneficiary shareholder corporation it is necessary to provide the
following documents:
-
Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of
the Shareholder Company notarized and apostilled.d.
-
Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Registrar of
Companies.
-
Certificate of Incumbency issued by the Company Lawyer.
They both verify the situation of the company whether there
have been any changes in the officers and that the company is still in
existence, properly registered and not in bankruptcy.
If those Certificates are not in English, it will be
necessary to translate them to English or Hebrew and notarize the
translation. The translation can be done and notarized in Israel.
